Hope Vineyard Church is committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of children, young people and adults at risk. We want everyone who is part of our church and our community projects — including Grow Kids and Brick Club — to be safe, cared for and treated with respect.

Our commitment

As a satellite of Gateway Vineyard and part of Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland, we adopt and follow their safeguarding policy and practice, and we work in line with UK safeguarding legislation and best practice. This includes safer recruitment of volunteers, appropriate DBS checks and references for relevant roles, training, and clear procedures for responding to concerns.

Raising a concern

If someone is in immediate danger, always call the police on 999. You can also contact the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000 or the Norfolk Children's Advice & Duty Service.
