A free, friendly club where children build, create and belong — one LEGO brick at a time.
What it is
Brick Club is a relaxed, welcoming session where children get creative with LEGO together — building models, sharing ideas, and having a "buildtastic" time.
It's about far more than the bricks. Building side by side helps children make friends, take turns, grow in confidence, and feel they belong. It's a calm, friendly space designed to welcome every child — including those who thrive with a bit more structure and quiet. Every child comes along with a grown-up.
Brick Club is part of the community work of Hope Vineyard Church, running from Christchurch on King Street.
Get involved
Just come along on the second Saturday of the month, 1:30–3pm — no cost, no pressure. Children come with a grown-up.
Spare LEGO gathering dust? We'd love it. Get in touch and we'll happily give it a new home at Brick Club.
We're always glad of friendly helpers to build alongside the children. Say hello if you'd like to join the team.
