Complaints.

We want Hope Vineyard to be a place where everyone is treated fairly and with kindness. If something has gone wrong, or you're unhappy with something we've done, please tell us — we take it seriously and we'll do our best to put it right.

How to raise a complaint

  1. Get in touch. Email us at hello@hope.gy with a few details of what's happened and how we can reach you. If your concern is about safeguarding, please use our safeguarding process instead.
  2. We'll listen and respond. We aim to acknowledge every complaint promptly and to work with you towards a fair resolution.
  3. If it's still not resolved. If you don't feel your complaint has been dealt with properly, you can escalate it to Gateway Vineyard, of which we are a satellite, or to Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland.
